From chaos to calm.
Heart House is an education nonprofit that serves refugee children in Dallas, Texas with a holistic after-school program utilizing social emotional learning to help them thrive in their new community.
Matchfire was approached by Heart House to find a better way to represent their organization and tell their story. Their branding was outdated, their messaging a bit confusing, and they were relatively unknown in the Dallas Fort Worth area despite their great work.
We took them through our positioning and purpose exercise and ultimately recommended a full brand refresh. In addition to refining their brand messaging, we developed a new brand identity and design language, new website, internal branding materials, and external marketing materials including a revamped corporate sponsorship deck, business cards, and outdoor signage. Matchfire continues to partner with Heart House to increase awareness and support for their organization.
Our design team was presented with the MarCom Platinum Award for Pro Bono work on Heart House’s Brand Identity. The MarCom Awards honors excellence in marketing and communication, recognizing the creativity and hard work of industry professionals. Our team is excited and humbled to be presented with an award for the time and work put into the Heart House project.
